What data we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, company (optional) and message when you submit an inquiry on aisolar.pl.
- Technical and server logs: IP address, browser type (user agent), request time and similar metadata generated when you visit the site. These are processed by our hosting provider.
- We do not operate user accounts or a customer login on this marketing website.
Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to:
- respond to your messages, demo requests and other business inquiries;
- maintain contact related to a potential or ongoing commercial relationship.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest): handling B2B contact and pre-contractual communication. Where applicable law requires consent for optional analytics cookies, we rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for those technologies only.
Recipients and processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run this website:
- Web3Forms - delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
- Hostinger - website hosting and server infrastructure.
We do not currently use analytics cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website. A Plausible Analytics integration exists in our site template but is disabled; if we enable cookie-based analytics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
International transfers
Some providers (including Web3Forms) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are safeguarded by appropriate measures such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
Retention
We keep inquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship, then delete it unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting or legal claims).
